We wanted to say a special "THANK YOU" to all who attended our Ribbon Cutting put on by the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce! We had a literal packed house! Our CEO and owner John Roberts give a wonderful talk on our company and the importance of a healthy organizational culture.
Did you know that only 25% of an organizations workforce is engaged? Only 25% come to work with a desire to make a difference, do whatever it takes to see the mission of the organization succeed. A whopping 60% are disengaged. They come for a paycheck and benefits. They see their job description as the ceiling and not as the floor. Then 15% are agressively disengaged! They work against the mission of the organization! These numbers are verified by Press Ganey and Gallup! And the reality is it's getting worse.
That is why it is so important for an organization needs to be intentional about their culture. How can they do this? They identify their core values and make it known why those values matter to each employee and their clients.
