Over the past 20 years executive coaching has exploded across America, yet still many are left in the dark. For some who have heard of it think it’s merely for those who “aren’t cutting it.” However in 2014, this is dead wrong. In fact, on February 14, 2014, The New York Times wrote an article sharing those who have the desire to excel in their careers and personal lives are getting coached.

All great performers need someone outside of themselves, a coach, to drive them to peak performance. It’s true for me. It’s true for you. In the recent Forbe’s article “CEO’s Just Want to Get Coached”, surveys are showing 1/3 of CEO’s are getting coach. What was the most revealing is that nearly 100% of the 2/3 who aren’t getting coached, wish they were.
When you realize you are the primary reason for your business and life’s success as well as its primary bottleneck, two options appear. 1) Deny this reality and keep doing what you’re doing, therefore getting the same results. 2) Take responsibility and change. When you do the latter, the outcomes remain consistent:
- Self-Awareness
- Team leadership
- Behavior Mastery
- Strategy
- Planning
- Self-Talk Mastery
- Coaching
- Communication Skills
- Selling
- Emotional Management
- Marriage
- Priority Management
- Parenting
- Vacations
- Highly Effective Relationships
- Creative thinking
- Focus
- Increased Income
- Conflict management
- Life Purpose
- Health & Wellness
Does this coaching really pay off? According to a recent survey by PriceWaterhouse Coopers and theAssocation Resource center found that the average ROI was 7 times the initial investment. In the same survey, they discovered a quarter reported an ROI of 10 to 49 times.
